x Myrtgerocactus

x Myrtgerocactus R.Moran is a hybrid genus which was found by Lindsay in baja california in 1950. It is considered to be a cross between Myrtillocactus cochal and Bergerocactus emoryi. It is is exceedingly rare in habitat but has been propagated in cultivation and is shown here in some detail. The species x Myrtgerocactus lindsayi R.Moran was published in C & S. J.
